hey folks, just letting yall know im still around, I don't really know what to blog about, so I wont rite as much as I normally do.

 I was sick, but am getting better. had a cold or whatever. but alive and still around.

music update.

hello yall, its james again, your crazy worced enemy of bass and video games and radio stuffs. LOL.
 so anyway, ive been doing good, so to make a long story short, I was talking to this woman who worked in the music field for 25 years and she wants to promote my stuff. incredible, seeing that most of its just solo bass.


 I love wen people jump out on a lim like that. this woman worked with michael hedges and has worked with michael manring. now thats incredible. she wants to help me. thats just, unbelieveble. thank you..


 also something of less inportents but still of great value, I am slowly managing to get to know someone on my skype and twitter who ive had on there for like 3 years LOL. its taking some time but we are getting to know each other thrue social media.

I hope you all enjoyed your halladays, its almost the new year, and I am still blogging. cant believe it, I thought ide be done buy now, but to be honest its fun to rite my thoughts down. so for christmas I bought myself a scanner for cops and trains and things like that, and also a bass pedal, the bass driver DI. there both great, then my parents got me a bunch of food, and my brotherinlaw for some reason got me bacon and beer, witch I don't mind, but I do kind of mind this, at the bottom of the box there was a pack of condoms. thats not what ticked me off, what ticked me off was there were little kids taking part in this gift exchange, so that means someone under 21 could have easyly gotten that box. whats a 9 year old kid going to do with stuff like that. anyway, if anyone reads this, let me know how your festivities went, as always you can reach me on twitter at http://twitter.com/jamesclark13

headphones.

so I rote hear at one point that my other headphones were dieing. well after a while they did croke. ok so fine, I went and ordered a pair of cheep senhizer phones thinking ok great brand name and all that. so got them, they sounded like junk. so the problem began wen I went to ship them back to sweetwater. I called up and the guy on the end of the phone said its free shipping for me, I had to pay nothing. sweet!!!! so shiped them back rite? they ended up taking 13 bucks out of the account. I called up because I had some instore credit and said hey why did yall take 13 bucks out of the account. oh well sir its because we had to pay for shipping, yeah bull yall took it out of my account, why the 3 bucks then? oh well sir you used the headphones you shiped back to us, we are charging you because its a restock fee. ok so in other words your charging me for the fact there used. umm sir yes.


 fine sweetwater you can suck it. so from exchanging those senhizer headphones and gong thrue that, this brings you to today, I had these AKG K77s for about say a week now. there interesting. they work great on my projects. thats what I need them for, but interestingly though they have a mid spike that does not effect me and my EQ on my instruments and music sounds great thrue these so yeah.


 I cant complain about these phones, I won't get anything from sweetwater though again. so yeah, needed to vent a while. ah well I hope yall enjoy your christmas.

mortal kombat.

So folks, I like games where you can kill and ruin things or people. Yeah it's a good way to let my inner violence out. I was playing buy myself tonight on single player mode, witch I do a few times a month, anyway the news?
 I beet it twice. those of you who have not read the blog before, I am blind. so anyway, the first time I beet it, I called my dad down to read the screen, buy the time he got there it had already gone back to the gameplay mode. so he went and did what ever he was doing, the next time I expected it wen it happened, LOL surprised it even happened LOL. but anyway, he's looking at the screen and theres credits going down the screen, so I beet MK twice in one night in about an hour time I beet it twice, its mortal kombat Armageddon for the nintendo wii.

I am alive.

so just thought ide do a blog to let you all know I am still around, so lets see, last night I did not get any sleep. nothing new really there. umm. today I had to give blud and thankfully I did not go lightheaded like I do most of the time.
 umm, ive got coffee hear and I am thinking as I rite this, the new garagebands new bassamps are pritty slick especially ran into a flat responce interface and wen you can turn up the level in garageband without it clipping because your interface is at minimum level thats fantastic. a bass player always wants more level control. wooooh.


 ok so as yall can tell I had nothing really inporntent to rite today, so this raps up the blog. remember keep it low my bassey people, if your not a bass player than love the bass anyway. remember always remember all kidding aside, people will stab you in the back, they will hert you, those that stick around you are few, but your friend who will never leave, its always there, you hear your friend even wen your sleeping, no its not a god, though it has been called a god buy folks, no your best friend who will never leave you or turn its back on you is music. peace

Michael Manring at Bass Player LIVE! 2013

I just saw one of the most amazing things ever. so wish I could have seen this live. most people would not think playing bass amazing, but wen your a musician like I am, and who just happens to play bass as his most primary instrument then yeah its pritty dam amazing. this guy is one of my musical influences and hes pritty much the reason why I picked up the bass in the first place. see, I started playing bass for a club I was in atschool because my fingers were and still are to big for the acoustic guitar, so I picked up bass. well I ended up putting the bass down for about 2 maybe 3 years, I had already knew who michael manring was a little bit, but one day something popped up on my computer screen or something, I really don't know but anyway, I watched a michael manring video and I picked up the bass it was that simple. I left america I think is what did it. I also had a few friends who played instruments and they did not have a bass player, but that never interested me until I saw michael menring on youtube, now I am all over the bass and ive been playing for a good 7  years now. michael does it again, ive been given new ideas from watching this.

 I thought this was incredible so I had to post hear.


 michael , if you ever read this, first of all thank you for beeing who you are and thanks for playing like you do, and second of all, this video I felt personally was just amazing. this coming from someone who listenes to a wide asortment of music, mainly metal and country. dude you rock.
 for everyone elts whos going to read this, even if your from another planet I hope you enjoy this music. let me know what you thought.
